L'Aviation et la Direction des Aerostats dans les temps anciens et modernes (the aviation and direction of airships in old and modern times). Blue paperwraps. B/w illustrations. Text in French. Re-bound with a near matching blue card, front and rear paperwrap covers glued to card for strength, original spine missing. Some hinges broken but binding is generally tight. One or two scattered foxspots else contents clean.

Very good condition.
Account of 24 air voyages. 6th Edition. Three-quarter brown leather binding, gilt title to spine. Brown marbled paper boards. Marble paper endpapers. B/w illustrations. Text in French. Leather corners of binding missing leaving just slight marks on marbled paper boards. Front board has surface paper loss not really detracting from the beauty of the book. Front hinge pulled. Some scattered foxing but generally a very nice copy of an antiquarian book. REDUCED FROM £120.
