Good condition. A Zoological Nightmare! Black cloth, gilt titles and vignettes to front and spine. Grey endpapers. 58 b/w illustrations (some full-page). 148 pages plus 32 page publishers catalogue to rear. All edges gilt.
Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Slight marking to covers. Front joint between endpaper and half-title is cracked. Foxing and page browning throughout. There is loss to top 2" of plate opposite page 110 (no text affected).
