Green cloth boards, gilt titles, gilt design to spine, black blocked design to front board. Green pictorial endpapers show young man reading and fishing under a tree. Colour plates & b/w illustrations, folding maps. 259 pages. All edges gilt. Top & tail of spine lightly rubbed. A few small water marks to rear board. Neat inscription to front endpaper. A few scattered minor foxspots. All plates present.
