Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Compiled from manuscripts made available by Stephen MacFarlane. An authentic first-hand account of a journey to Mars in the space-ship Albatross. Each chapter contains a different perspective from each of the five space travellers - three of whom are children. An adventure story packed with terror and thrills. Red cloth - b/w illustrations. Spine and corners bumped and rubbed. Pale page browning and some light spotting to endpapers. Price-cut wrapper is grubby, worn and torn.

Oblong format. Yellow cloth, red titles and vignette to front. Superb colour illustrations throughout. SIGNED by Illustrator, with dedication to a previous owner to front endpaper. Binding/stitching is starting to come a bit loose. Marks and fading to covers.
