The architect Clough Williams-Ellis (1883-1978) is probably best known as the creator of Portmeiron, the Italianate village known as 'the Xanadu of Wals' and the setting of the cult television series, The Prisoner. This is a memoir by Jonah Jones. Burgundy cloth boards, silver title to spine. B/w photos. 204 pages including index. ISBN: 1854111663. Slight fading to boards at top and bottom. Shelf-wear to top & tail of spine. Text block lightly browned. Small, neat name & date in ink to front endpaper. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is scuffed.
