Very large format. Cloth spine. Paper boards with black titles. Part III of Volume IV. From the coming of the Normans into Wales down to the present time. Containing Title, Indices of Names and Places, Addenda and Corrigenda (Together with 5 plates to be intserted in Parts I and II). Colour folding map frontis showing the Hundred of Caldicot. Boards waterstained, marked and browned. Score mark to rear board and slight surface paper damage to top rear corner. Boards slightly bowed. A few fingermarks and foxspots to contents. Frontis map is beautifully clean and bright.
