Almost very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
First published in German in 1979. Red cloth, gilt title to spine. Marble effect endpapers. Full-page illustration of the first letter of each chapter. Green and pink text. A wonderful fantasy story about a magical kingdom. ISBN: 0713915099. Damp staining across top edge of boards and spine. One hinge pulled but binding is tight. Text block lightly grubby and with minor foxing to top edge. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is slightly faded to spine and lightly edge-rubbed.
