Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
Macmillan Color Series. This volume vividly depicts the diversity of the uniforms worn in the civil War - the last American conflict to see such variety in the style and color of uniforms. Light brown cloth boards, navy spine with gilt title. Colour illustrations. 192 pages. ISBN: 0025492004. Lower edge of boards rubbed and lightly knocked. Name in ink to top of front endpaper. Endpapers a little marked (minor). Text block lightly browned. A few marks to contents, underlining of three lines of text on page 9 in biro. Orange pictorial dustwrapper is grubby, worn at corners, lightly dampstained across top edge to veros, 1" tear to rear flap fold (no loss).
