Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. Macmillan Color Series. This volume vividly depicts the diversity of the uniforms worn in the civil War - the last American conflict to see such variety in the style and color of uniforms. Light brown cloth boards, navy spine with gilt title. Colour illustrations. 192 pages.
Lower edge of boards rubbed and lightly knocked. Name in ink to top of front endpaper. Endpapers a little marked (minor). Text block lightly browned. A few marks to contents, underlining of three lines of text on page 9 in biro. Orange pictorial dustwrapper is grubby, worn at corners, lightly dampstained across top edge to veros, 1" tear to rear flap fold (no loss).
