B/w and colour photos. 188 pages. ISBN: 0750903228. SIGNED by Birch to title-page (by means of dedication). Spine and corners bumped. Pale page edge browning else contents clean. Dustwrapper is faded to spine and to front edge, small tear to base of spine.
