Poor condition. Red cloth spine with black titles. Pictorial front cover with red title. 4 colour and 4 b/w plates. Contains 5 W.E. Johns stories.
Spine bumped and faded. Corners are bumped and worn. Board edges are rubbed. Title on front is partially faded. Marks to rear board. Joints and several hinges are cracked, some almost broken leading to some pages starting to be become detached. Inscription in ink to front endpaper with address written in pencil below. Drawings in pencil to rear endpaper. Evidence of bookwork damage on several pages. Two plates are missing - 1 colour and 1 b/w. Foxing and grubby marks throughout including several pencil marks. A reading copy.
