Red boards, black titles. Yellow and black pictorial endpapers. Two-tone and b/w illustrations. 190 pages. 7th impression. Spine slightly bumped. Foxing to textblock. Price-cut wrapper is slightly edge chipped and torn with slight loss to spine and front corners and a slightly large piece of loss to top corner of rear panel. Rear panel is slightly scratched.

Red boards with black lettering. Blue/black endpapers. B/w and two-tone illustrations throughout. 191 pages. 3rd impression. Spine bumped with slight fading to top and tail. Name and address in ink to verso of front fly-leaf. Foxing to textblock. Some erased pencil markings to front fly-leaf. Dustwrapper is edge chipped and creased with slight loss. Damp stain to base of wrapper spine. Vertical crease to edge of front flap of wrapper. Wrapper is browned/foxed on verso.

Joints cracked, rear joint has exposed webbing, some hinges pulled but binding still tight. Grubby fingermarks to contents. Still a decent copy of a scarce book.
