Green cloth spine, pictorial front board. Colour plates, b/w and two-tone illustrations. 208 pages. Bumping and wear to spine, corners and cover edges. Covers grubby with some light scratches and browning. Ink name to front endpaper. Front joint three quarters broken between frontis and title page. A few marks and some fingering to contents but many pages are clean.

Needham's last book - it was never previously published and due to the bad handling of the publishers rejection Needham never wrote again. Large format. Blue cardwraps with black title to spine and front cover. 133 pages. Mostly unedited from the author's original manuscript (a few grammar errors and renumbering of chapters). Slight rubbing to spine and corners. A few very small marks to rear cover. Foxing to contents. Top corner tips are lightly creased. Contents clean.

Large oblong format. Blue cloth, gilt title to spine and front cover, pictorial onlay to front. Pretty colour pictures, each with verses with music on facing pages. Spine and corners bumped and worn. Faint damp stain to rear cover. Joints cracked but binding still tight. Some light foxing and grubby fingermarks to page margins. A few small edge tears at margins.

A small square box (4.25 x 4.25") containing six of the "Mrs." books: Mrs. Purr; Mrs. Nibble; Mrs. Cackle, Mrs. Polly, Mrs. Bear and Mrs. Waddle. Each book has pictorial paperwraps, colour and two-tone illustrations. 2 of the volumes (Cackle and Polly) have small marks to covers, 1 volume has a couple of tiny edge tears to front cover. Books are otherwise bright and clean.Box is very worn, half of top of box missing.

Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
18-year-old Margery Paine goes to Rainbows, a model village built by a young heiress, to open its first sweet shop. Blue cloth, black title to spine. B/w frontis. 258 pages. Spine and corners bumped, slight browning to lower edges of covers. Prize plate to front free-endpaper has been mostly removed. Foxing to contents which are otherwise clean. Price-cut wrapper is edge chipped with slight loss to spine and corners and is slightly grubby to rear panel.
