Boards browned and marked, rubbed at edges, corners lightly worn. Front joint starting to crack. Front hinge pulled but binding is tight. Prelims and endpapers are grubby. Damp stain to verso of frontis, small damp stain to top margin of plates. Contents are a little grubby. If frontis is plate 4, all plates are present else plate 4 is missing.
