Corners bumped and worn. 1.5" tear to front cover which also has a very small patch of surface paper damage. Damp mark to top of rear cover which is also a little grubby. Board edges are rubbed. Name and date to front pastedown. Front joint cracked, showing webbing underneath. Page browning, a little fingering otherwise contents are generally clean.
