Almost very good condition.
Oblong format. Red cloth spine. Pictorial front cover. A home for you to decorate and furnish. Covers are a bit marked with some scuffs. Light foxing to some internal pages. The project has been neatly completed - all rooms have had their furniture etc. glued onto the relevant places. Still a nice collectors item.
