Spine browned, red marks to rear cover lower edge and rear edge of spine. Endpapers and prelims browned and fragile. All plates present and lightly browned. Rear joint cracking. Some hinges pulled but binding tight.

The text used is the same as the 1906 edition illustrated by Walker. This is the NEW edition with new illustrations. Front cover is a little bowed. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Browning to spine, with small split to rear edge. Joints are a bit cracked, some hinges are pulled. Foxing to various degrees throughout. A couple of pages (around pages 15 / 16) have chipped/ragged page margins.
