Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
The fifth book in the Lone Pine series. This is Jenny's Harman's story. Her desire to possess an old spoon which she found on a junk-tray in Bishop Castle's market laid the foundation of another great adventure for the Lone Piners. Beige cloth, red titles and pine tree vignette. Endpaper maps. B/w illustrations. 256 pages. Spine and corners bumped. Foxing to textblock and prelims. Dustwrapper is edge worn, creased and torn with slight loss, foxed on verso and also a tape repair to front fold (on verso).

This exciting and fast-moving story is the 16th adventure of the Lone Piners once more set against the background of the Shropshire hills. Green covers, gilt titles and Lone Pine vignette. Maps to endpapers. B/w illustrations. 183 pages. Spine is very slightly bumped. Pale foxing to textblock. Price-cut wrapper is edge rubbed and just a tiny bit grubby to white rear panel.

Some pencil erasure marks to front free-endpaper. Dustwrapper is slightly edge rubbed and has a small patch of surface paper damage to front panel from removal of a label.
