Sale Particulars of a Valuable Freehold Cottage, Pasture Orcharding and Meadow Land in the parish of Fownhope Herefordshire. To be sold on Wednesday the 3rd day of August 1910. Also includes Stookes's notes on the property including a brief mention of the fishing rights. Interestingly these notes are written on the blank pages of a four page document offering for sale shares in the Grand Trunk Pacific Railway Company of Canada.
