A little girl makes friends with fairies. Cream pictorial cloth boards. 6 colour plates inluding the frontis and title page. 132 pages. Undated. Boars lightly grubby, slightly faded to spine. Contemporary school prize message in ink to front endpaper. Browning to endpapers. Foxing to text block, prelims and a few more pages. Hinges pulled but binding tight. A charming copy.

Almost very good condition in a slightly better than good dustwrapper.
Attractive white cloth with silver and gold decorations and vignette. Pictorial endpapers. Eight pretty colour plates. Full-page b/w illustrations. A book of verse for children. Spine bumped. Browning to spine and some cover edges. Cloth at top edge of rear cover slightly rippled. Covers slightly grubby. Light crease to front endpaper. Foxing to contents otherwise clean. All plates present. Dustwrapper has some edge wear with a couple of small tears, chips and creases. Loss from base of spine disguised by photocopy underneath. Clear tape repairs to tears on verso. 5 written on front panel near fold. Corners cut from flaps.
