Edited by Rogers & Burke. Divided into twelve parts, each of which begins with a specially-commissioned, beautiful line drawing by Luke Bedson. Comprises 33 essays in total. Green boards, gilt title to spine. Colour & b/w photos. ISBN: 1855092115. Base of spine is very slightly shelf bumped. Top edge of wrapper is slightly creased with a couple of small tears.
