Very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Being the Tenth Adventure of the Five Find-Outers and Dog. Why did a man rush out of his house in the middle of the night, in his dressing-gown and slippers, carrying a bundle? Yellow boards, green titles and magnifying glass vignette. B/w illustrations. 179 pages. Spine is slightly bumped and faded, a couple of small, light marks to covers. Inscription in ink to front free-endpaper. Light foxing to top edge of textblock else contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn, torn and creased. Slight loss to wrapper spine and corners, very faded spine also has a small hole to centre.

Grey boards, red title. Magnifying glass vignette to front. B/w illustrations. The 9th adventure of the Five Find-Outers and Dog. Spine and corners bumped, some slight browning to top and tail of spine. Minor dents to front cover edge. Light foxing to textblock. Dustwrapper is well worn, torn and creased. Substantial loss to front panel (top half of front panel mostly missing).

Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Two light bumps to outside edge of front cover. Covers slightly grubby. Spine browned and rubbed with a small light stain. Endpapers browned. A couple of hinges cracked. A few light fox spots. Contents generally clean. All plates present but one detached and one partially detached.
