Comprising of The Baby's Opera, The Baby's Bouquet and The Baby's Own Aesop. Ltd edition of 500 copies in the UK and 250 copies in the USA. White spine with gilt title, pale brown cloth. 192 pages with top edge gilt and other edges untrimmed. Colour illustrations throughout. This is copy no. 489. White spine is grubby and split at edges. Spine and corners bumped. Cloth slightly grubby/marked. Foxing to endpapers. Light foxing and light fingermarks to page margins.

Free front endpaper starting to detach from bottom. Inscription in ink to half-title page. Rear hinge split but binding hanging on. Page 49/50 and 55/56 is detached but present. Other hinges pulled. Contents therefore fragile in binding. A few grubby marks to contents.

Contemporary gift inscription in ink to half-title page. Hinges pulled. A few margin marks.

Green cloth with gilt titles and vignettes. Plates are mounted on thick card with paper guards. No text. Copy no: 10. Spine and corners bumped with wear. Some foxing and a few small marks to covers. Front joint cracked, rear joint starting to crack. Light corner crease to both endpapers, title page and signature page. Some foxing and browning to contents. Foxing to first plate and just a couple of fox spots to second plate.
