Includes John Forster's Essay on The Vicar of Wakefield. xli + 260 pages. Top edge gilt, others untrimmed. This is copy no. 205. Spine and corners are bumped. Spine is frayed at top and bottom. Cloth is grubby and spine is browned. Foxing throughout. Front joint between endpaper and fly-leaf is cracked.

Page 105 has large grubby mark to lower half (not affecting text). Some pages remain uncut. A few marks to contents but generally a nice copy.
