Almost very good condition in a good dustwrapper.
Green cloth. Dark red titles to front cover and gilt title to spine. Large format. Beautiful colour and b/w pictures of children going about their 'business'. Spine and corners bumped. Fading to covers. Endpapers lightly browned. Some foxing and fingering but contents generally clean. Price-cut wrapper is browned and foxed, edge worn with small tears and some slight loss.

Five short stories. Red pictorial card wraps. Black titles to spine. Five full page colour illustrations plus b /w text illustrations. 79 pages. Spine is split at top and bottom with slight loss of backstrip. Covers a bit grubby. Some joints are broken where backstrip is missing but binding generally firm. Bookplate to front endpaper. 5cm x 1.5cm piece missing from bottom of one page. Large crease to top of a page. Pages a little browned.

Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
A fantasy in rhyme. Pale grey cloth, green titles to spine and front cover. B/w pencil sketches. Very small green mark to front cover. Light damp stain to base of spine, affecting front and rear covers. Endpapers lightly browned, a few foxspots to contents else clean. Dustwrapper is price-cut (large section cut from front flap), is foxed and slightly grubby and has a few small marks to rear panel.

The "Odd Ones" were Simon, the little brother who was always left out when the two older boys at the Rectory got together, and Larry the Cairn, whose master let Rufus, a lovely red setter, take his place in his affections. Beige cloth, green titles. Charming b/w illustrations. 106 pages. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Some fading to covers (mainly to top of spine edge on rear cover). Some light foxing else contents clean. Cream dustwrapper is edge worn and chipped with some loss to spine edge on rear panel.
