B/w photos. xvi and 179 pages including index. ISBN: 0902280198. Top & tail of spine and corners bumped. Text block browned and foxed. A few foxspots to contents. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly creased, rubbed to top & tail of spine and corners and is lightly faded to spine.
