A Noddy Strip Book. Small oblong format (8 x 17.5 cm). Tricky Teddy plays a naughty trick on Little Noddy. Colour illustrations with text below. Covers rubbed and a little grubby. Sellotape inside covers keeping contents attached. Light foxing to contents throughout and some browning.

The first book of six in the Rupert Little Bear Series. Cream decorative boards with pictorial onlay to front cover. Brown cloth spine with black title. Plain endpapers. Titles of the first three books in the series on rear cover. Pages printed in blue, red or brown with one illustration to each page. REDUCED PRICE. Boards a little grubby. Corners and edges slightly worn. Inscription in ink dated Xmas 1925 on front pastedown, so this is a reprint in first year of publication.. A few small closed margin tears. One page has a few margin marks otherwise contents bright and clean. A very nice copy of an exceptionally rare early edition in its original binding.

Large format. Red cloth spine. Pink pictorial glazed boards showing Noddy in his aeroplane. Colour illustrations. Big Noddy Book No. 8. Insription in ink to half-title page. Coulouring page neatly completed in crayon. Wrapper has large closed tear to front panel, 1/2 loss to base of spine.

The eighth big Noddy book. Large format. Red cloth spine, pink pictorial boards show Noddy in an aeroplane. First story is "A Horrid Little Trick". Colour illustrations throughout. Spine slightly bumped. Cover edges lightly rubbed. Colouring page of Noddy and Tessie Bear has been completed with crayons. Some light fingering and foxing else contents clean. Dustwrapper is edge worn, faded to spine and a bit grubby, ink doodles to front panel of wrapper.

Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
Blue cloth spine with gilt title, pale blue boards with gilt title and vignette to front. Colour plates and text illustrations. 156 pages. First story is "One Christmas Eve". Light wear to cover edges. Name and address in ink to half-title page. Dot-to-dot on page 73 completed. Page 96/97 have some surface paper damage. It looks like at one time, the pages got a little damp and the pages were stuck together next to spine. Now some of page 97 (illustration page) has stuck to edges of page 96, making a 1" hole in illustration, so affecting illustration to verso of page 97. Rest of contents are excellent. Pictorial wrapper is a little edge-torn and chipped, with only a couple of small chips of loss.

Pale green boards with red cloth spine. Front cover shows Rupert helping a boy from a hole in the ground. A Story and Picture Book with 120 cut-outs in colour. The cut-outs are Tourtel pictures taken from the stories. Numerous other b/w illustrations. (This is a 1950's reprint of the original which was published with 200 cut-outs and five stories). Contains: Rupert In Trouble Again; Rupert and the Old Man of the Sea; Rupert and the Wilful Princess; Rupert Goes Hiking. Spine is bumped and damaged - looks like it has been re-glued; also has some fraying to cloth. Some scuff marks and a few ink marks to covers. Corners and cover edges are very worn, with some bumping. Half of 1 of 1st pages with cut-outs on has been torn off. Top corner of 1 page is torn off, with a bit of loss to picture and a little to text. A working copy.
