Green cloth with gilt titles to spine and front cover. Pictorial onlay to front cover. 4 tipped-in colour plates. B/w illustrations. SIGNED by author, with dedication to a previous owner to front endpaper. Also includes a hand written postcard from the author to the same previous owner. Chipping along bottom of spine; some fraying/loss to cloth. Bumping to corners. A few marks to covers. Some foxing. What look like browned glue marks to pastedowns. All plates present.

Very good condition in a poor dustwrapper.
Cream cloth with green titles and vignette to front cover. Pictorial endpapers. Red, green, black and white plus b/w illustrations throughout. 65 pages. Base of spine worn, looks like been wet at some stage. Covers slightly grubby to edges. Contents very good. Dustwrapper is very creased and torn, front flap detached and top half missing. Some other small pieces of loss, also grubby, pencil marks to rear panel.
