Memories of the author who in October 1914 joined a Red Cross convoy for France as a volunteer driver. Small format. Red cloth, gilt titles to front cover and spine. 5 b/w plates. 91 pages. Spine and corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Spine very slightly browned. Name and address in pencil on front pastedown. Contents bright and clean. Address label to rear pastedown. A very nice copy of this rare Great War account.
