Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. The first English republican and a leading opponent of Charles I and later of Oliver Cromwell. Green cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w illustrations. 79 pages.

Heavy knock to top front board corner which is impacting the top corner of contents (very minor). Pencil erasure mark to top of front endpaper. Previous owner's address label to front pastedown. Contents clean. Green & white dustwrapper is grubby & scuffed, rubbed at corners, top front corner repaired with a white label to front and masking tape to rear.
