Light foxing and light marks to contents, illustrations bright.

Large format. 13 x 10 inches. Red cloth spine. Colour pictorial boards. 8 chromolitho moveable pictures. Pull the tab and the picture changes. B/w illustrations. Text in verse. Spine bumped and some light rubbing to cover edges. A few light spots to front edge of spine and some light scuffing to rear cover. Generally covers bright. Joints are cracked. Inscription in ink to verso of front free-endpaper. The second moveable image is not working - could possibly be repaired. Otherwise, all others in excellent working order. Some light foxing and page browning and the pull-tabs are just a little grubby from fingering. Overall a super copy of a scarce moveable book.

Worn and torn dustwrapper with some loss to spine and corners and larger piece of loss to lower corner of front panel. Old tape repairs have yellowed on front and verso. Large tear across spine and onto front panel. Rear panel and spine are slightly grubby. Still a nice copy of the first edition in very scarce original dustwrapper.
