Front cover shows Rupert holding a paddle and waving while Algy looks on from a little boat. First story Rupert and the Red Egg. 118 pages. Backstrip missing. Edges rubbed, corners worn. Boards a little grubby. Name in belongs to box. Front joint split but binding thread holding. Some hinges pulled. Page 15/16 detached but present. Foxing and browning throughout. A few pages have a tear to lower margin, sometimes affecting text.
