Volume I with 351 b/w photos and illustrations plus 9 coloured plates. Volume II with 370 b/w illustrations and photos plus 9 coloured plates.

Light rubbing to leather. A few marks to boards. Browning to edges of pastedowns. Small nibble to vertical edge of front endpaper. Hinges pulled with creasing to volume I. A few minor grubby margin marks. Insect damage to rear joint of both volumes. All colour plates present.
