Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper.
An entirely fresh and detailed perspective on the role of what was then a relatively unknown and undervalued Corps. Burgundy cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos and illustrations. x and 406 pages including index. ISBN: 0850527309. SIGNED by the author (with personal dediation) to half-title page. Base of spine worn with a couple of tiny tears (no loss). Text block lightly browned. Contents clean. Pictorial dustwrapper is creased at base of spine and a little scuffed.
