Laminated pictorial boards. Front cover has head and shoulders of Rupert with sea in the background. First story is Rupert and the Copper Bird. Corners bumped with some wear. Front endpaper creased. A few finger marks to margins. Colouring contents part completed with name in ink to entry form. Patch of surface paper loss to rear pastedown. Belongs to box clean and not price-cut.

The first Rupert annual to be drawn by John Harrold. 115 pages. 10x7 inches. Belongs to box completed in ink with further inscription to top of same page. Price-cut. Light wear to corners, but generally bright, sharp and clean.

Few light marks otherwise contents are clean.

Very good condition in a almost very good dustwrapper.
Red cloth spine with black title, pictorial front board showing children on tricycle with dog running beside them. First story is "The Young Adventurers" by Fielding. Colour plates plus b/w and two-colour illustrations. Spine and corners bumped, some slight wear to cover edges. Prize plate to front endpaper. Endpapers lightly browned. Contents clean. Dustwrapper is slightly edge worn and torn and a little grubby on rear panel, tape repairs/reinforcements on verso.

10.25 x 8.25 ins. Pictorial boards with green cloth spine. Theatre through the Ages imprint on front and back paste-downs and flyleaf and rear endpaper. Black and white and colour illustrations. Corners bumped and worn, board edges scuffed. Small hole to edge of cloth spine. Crossword is completed in ink. A couple of pages have surface damage on margins. Wrapper is scuffed and creased with some edge tears and chips.

Scarce wrapper is foxed, with some edge-creasing and closed tears; a few small chips of loss.
