Ex-library with library stamp to inside of wraparound board and prelims, one or two to contents. The paper of this volume is very fragile, especially to prelims, edges are crumbling, prelims are detached. Once past the prelims, contents are less liable to crumble.

Ex-library (Guille-Alles Library, Guernsey) with large, yellow library label to front board and ink stamps to margins, remains of library plate to front pastedown. Edges are rubbed, corners worn. Vertical board edges are worn, board exposed. Foxing and grubby marks to contents. Some hinges pulled but binding is tight. A good working copy.
