The story of the Dinuzulu, son of Cetshwayo king of the Zulu Kingdom 1873-1879. Dinuzulu and the final dissolution of the great military empire which the tyrant Shaka had founded. Black boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos. Browning to text block and musty odour to contents. Pictorial dustwrapper is slightly faded to spine and edge-worn with tape repair.

Bevelled edges. B/w frontis to volume one. Volume one top of spine is fraying with a little loss of cloth. Inscriptions in ink to prelims. Joints splitting and therefore binding fragile but holding. A few damp stains to margins.
