Attractive blue cloth with black title to spine, gilt title (Animal Stories For Children) to front cover and vignette of boy on a donkey. 94 pages. B/w illustrations throughout. Spine and corners bumped and slightly rubbed. Not sure if the book had free-endpapers, if it did then they have been removed. Inscription in ink to half-title. Front joint and some hinges cracked. Grubby fingermarks and some foxspots to contents.

Foxing and fingermarks to contents but generally they are clean. Joints are cracked but binding still tight.
