Oblong format, cardwraps with green string tie. 9 wonderul colour illustrations plus 1 double-spread at centre. Covers slightly edge rubbed and slightly grubby with small marks to rear cover. Name and date in ink to top corner of title-page. There is a light stain affecting the margins of the rear half of the book (8 pages).

A couple of the chromolithographs have small spots of surface paper damage, assume they have been lightly stuck to page opposite. Not dated but British Library say possibly 1884.
