The second half of the book contains a reprint of Walter Hancock's Narrative of Twelve Years' Experiments (1824-36) dealing with Steam Carriages ont he Common Roads, together with the original engravings as published in 1838. Minor foxing to endpapers and text block. Tiny nick to lower edge of first couple of pages. Text block a little grubby and dampstained.
