Board edges are scuffed. A few marks to covers. Inscription (name is covered with correction fluid) and name stamp to front pastedown. Browning to endpapers. Light browning to page edges and a few grubby marks but contents are generally clean.

Green pictorial paperboards. Cloth spine. Illustrated endpapers. Colour and black and white illustrations throughout. The fair dustwrapper (large amount of loss to front corner) - looks like it has been attached by book worm! - has done it's job and kept the boards bright and clean. Lower edges of boards are just ever so slightly rubbed. Prize plate to front pastedown. Endpapers very lightly browned. Some light fingering to page margins else contents clean.
