Mark to front cover. Name and date in ink to front fly-leaf. A few small light brown stains to pages. Margin tears to a coupe of pages. Some light foxing.

Corner are bumped. Front joint is weak and cracked - can see webbing through; some hinges internally are pulled. Rear joint also a bit cracked. Page edge browning.
