The Miller and his boy took their donkey to market to sell him... Pictorial paperboards, blue cloth spine. Colour illustrations thoughout. Small fade mark to base of spine. Some bumping to corners. Browning to page edges. Wrapper is edge-creased with a few chips and small tears, but minimal loss.

Text later changed as this story of a little girl who was befriended by an old gentleman is now considered to be "politically incorrect". Ardizzone's second book. Page edge browning, with a few foxspots to outer page edges. Wrapper is edge-creased with some tears and chips to cover edges; small loss along top edge of rear panel.
