Small oblong format. Pictorial boards with red spine. Pretty colour and sepia illustrations throughout. Covers are edge worn. Spine is worn and faded with splits. Fingermarks to page margins throughout. Front joint is a little cracked at top.

Small oblong format. Pictorial boards with brown spine. Pretty colour and sepia illustrations throughout. A sobering tale of what happens when three children take three baby birds from their nest. Rebacked with modern cloth and new endpapers. Corners slightly bumped and rubbed. Contents near fine.
