Brown cloth with dark brown titles and vignette to front cover. 5 tipped in colour plates. All edges gilt. Bumping and wear to spine and corners. Top of spine has splits to cloth at both edges, with some fraying. Inscription in ink to verso of front endpaper. Half-title page is creased and foxed. Inscription in ink to verso of title page. Some foxing and page margin creases. All plates present.
