Slightly better than very good condition in a slightly better than very good dustwrapper. The two-hundred or so big cruisers that were built for the world's navies from 1865 are described and analysed in detail. Large format. Grey cloth boards, gilt title to spine. B/w photos and diagrams.

Spine & corners lightly bumped & lightly rubbed (minor). Mark to title page (created during binding process). Else a lovely copy. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly creased across top front edge and lightly scuffed.
