Very good condition in a very good dustwrapper. This volume covers not only the Napoleonic wars but also the strife between Canada and America concentrating on the Regular Infantry and of Volunteer and Militia units at home and abroad. There is a large section on Canada. Three colour plates and many b/w illustrations. Maroon cloth, gilt title to spine. 184 pages includes index.
Top of spine bumped and corresponding light crease to inside corners of contents. Some foxing present mainly to gutter edges also plate margins. Pink pictorial dustwrapper is slightly faded to spine and lightly creased at top edge.
