Good condition. Red cloth with gilt title to spine; blind decorations to covers. Written in the camp. With illustrations drawn in camp by the author.

Spine is browned, with some chips and tears; couple of 'worm' holes. Bumping along cover edges; some fraying to cloth. Front joint is cracked. Inscription in ink to prelims. Some foxing and page browning.
