A few b/w photos. xv and 431 pages including index.

Top & tail of spine lightly shelf-worn. Personal inscription in ink to free front endpaper. Contents browned with some heavier browning at margins. Pictorial dustwrapper is lightly scuffed, lightly rubbed at top & tail of spine.
