Nearly fine condition. The Kelmscott Chaucer. Very large format. Brown cloth boards with gilt decorations. B/w engravings. Afterword taken from an essay by William S. Peterson. Paper specially made at James Cropper Mill at Bruneside in Cumbria. Brown endpapers. Black ribbon marker. ii and 559 pages.

A fine copy contained in publisher's slipcase which is bumped to one side, is lightly scuffed, and has a small (grease?) spot to one side.
